Who are we looking for

  • A young, energetic individual interested in technology, marketing, and sales;
  • Articulate, curious, and passionate about building relationships, and communicating with people;
  • A charming storyteller with a passion for informing, educating, and persuading people to make the right decision;
  • A driven and enthusiastic person to help us market our solution, acquire customers, accelerate growth, and increase revenue;
  • An autonomous, people-oriented, and passionate individual who is driven and can bring results;
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and optimistic about handling objections;
  • Excellent communication skills, including strong writing skills in English and Portuguese;
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts to transfer the messages quickly;
  • Rapid learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment;
  • Previous startup experience is a plus but not an eliminatory factor.

What will you do

  • You will be trained about Emitu IoT Platform to gain practical product knowledge and confidence and become specialized in our IoT Solutions to consult prospects;
  • You will be a moderator between the marketing and sales department to transfer the brand’s message to prospects;
  • Scan the market, discover competitors, and understand the customers' needs and pains;
  • Validate sales opportunities and pipelines for Emitu's IoT Solutions through outbound activities, such as making calls, sending emails, doing follow-ups, and generating interest via relevant means of communication;
  • Will be mentored by and report to our friendly Sales Director.

What should excite you about this position

  • Prospecting leads through inbound and outbound activities;
  • Use a mix of communication tools to contact leads, generate interest with prospects and schedule discovery calls;
  • Have great communication skills, excellent listening skills, and the ability to pick up verbal and audible cues on sales calls;
  • Great at picking up body language cues in meeting with clients and business events;
  • Qualify and engage with sales leads, providing information about Emitu's IoT solutions;
  • Educate prospective clients about Emitu's solution as they go through the funnel;
  • Show demos and present solutions to meet customer needs and fulfill requirements;
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships;
  • Maintain detailed documentation and analysis of leads in the CRM;
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
